Nothing says "winter in miami" quite like a pink coat. I was excited to break it out this past weekend when temps temporarily dropped. Seeing as it is Florida, & I've never been one for rules, my white jeans were semi-appropriate since they have a beige leather front. This denim style from Rag & Bone is my absolute favorite for winter down here since you get the leather look without feeling like you're in the Sahara. On another note, the outfit posting will once again be more frequent now that my move to Miami is (mostly) finished (finally!) XX

It is still SO HOT in Miami, even though cable knit sweaters & pumpkin spice lattes are abundant. In this final stretch of heat, I'm making the most of it & living in bathing suits on the weekend. On the LAST day of summer, my mother decided to gift me about ten vintage, psycho-great one-piece bathing suits. I doubled this one as a shirt/leotard with my Alexis snake-print silk pants. Super easy & comfy outfit but a little different than the denim shorts that are usually my go-to on hot days like this. I give it one more month & I'm breaking out my leather & knits....& maybe even a pumpkin spice latte (guilty pleasure shhh)- XX

Plaid for Fall is everything, & I'm starting early, wearing it in a summery outfit to my mother's birthday brunch. I'm obsessed with this Nicholas crop, & can't wait to layer it over denim for Fall. I also broke out my new grey pumps; if you don't wear white shoes after labor day (a passe rule in my opinion) then grey is a perfect neutral. I love my multi-strand pearl necklace that I wear in many other posts but wanted something a bit different so I experimented & made this collar. I'm thinking of making some more, maybe to be sold on my website's store section in the near future? If you are interested in the meantime just email me at adoeshouse@gmail.com for inquiries :) Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend XX
